It is never too late to book directly on our website and save 10 – 15% even if you have already booked the accommodation via a Booking portal.
We periodically run campaigns where you can get an attractive discount if you have a discount code. The discount code can be requested by sending an email.
If you have received a discount code, you must use it when booking. Go to the booking page, when you reach the page where you have to enter your name and address, you can choose to insert the discount code, and the discount will be automatically deducted from the invoice amount. Look at the bottom of the page, and we will send you a booking confirmation.
If you have already booked on Booking.com etc.
If you have already booked on one of the booking portals, e.g. Booking.com, and want to take part in the discount, you will unfortunately have to cancel the booking on Booking.com and make a new booking on our website. If you are in doubt, please send an email.

What are the cancellation policies
We have very flexible cancellation rules and the following rules apply: Cancellation 24 hours before the day of arrival: The room can be canceled free of charge. Cancellation later than 24 hours before the day of arrival: A cancellation fee of 50% of the booking price is charged. No show – no arrival: A fee of 100% of the booking price is charged.
When can you check in?
Arrival: from 15.00 and no later than 22, or by agreement. Departure no later than 11.00 or by appointment. We will be very happy if you let us know when you expect to arrive, so that we can be at home when you arrive.
Can you have breakfast?
Breakfast is self-service, but there are full kitchen facilities, and there is free coffee and tea that you can make yourself. In Lidl and Netto 5 minutes’ walk from the house, you can get breakfast from 7:00 in Netto and from 8:00 in Lidl.
